Returns & Exchanges
Each PetitJ item is made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery using the contact form and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Warrant:
PetitJ products are covered against manufacturing defects and fulfillment errors reported within 30 days of delivery.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper washing or use
- Incorrect sizing selected at checkout
